摘要:
目的：采用数据挖掘分析中医药治疗糖尿病合并失眠的用药特点及组方规律。方法：检索知网（CNKI）、万方数据库（Wanfang data）、维普期刊全文数据库（VIP）自建库至2021年10月28日所收录的中医药治疗糖尿病合并失眠的研究文献。筛选文献和提取资料后，应用 Excel 2019、IBM SPSS Modeler 14.0、IBM SPSS Statistics 21.0、Cytoscape 3.7.1软件进行分析与网状图的绘制。结果：共纳入方剂59首，涉及99味中药，共计使用频次600次。中药使用频次较高的药物有酸枣仁、黄连、甘草、白芍、丹参等；使用中药功效中以补虚药和安神药频次较高；关联规则分析得到“酸枣仁-首乌藤”“酸枣仁-茯神-黄连”与“酸枣仁-川芎”等常用药对组合，聚类分析得到3个新方组合。结论：糖尿病失眠的基本病机为阴血不足，虚热扰神，治法以滋阴养血、清心除烦、解郁安神为主，挖掘出酸枣仁汤和丹栀逍遥散等治疗糖尿病失眠的常用基础方。
Abstract:
Objective: To analyze the medication characteristics and prescription rules of traditional Chinese medicine in treating diabetes with insomnia by data mining. Methods: The research literature on the treatment of diabetes with insomnia by traditional Chinese medicine included in CNKI, Wanfang data and VIP from its establishment to October 28, 2021 was searched. After selecting documents and extracting data, Excel 2019, IBM SPSS Modeler 14.0, IBM SPSS Statistics 21.0, and Cytascape 3.7.1 software were used to analyze and draw the network diagram. Results: A total of 59 prescriptions were included, involving 99 traditional Chinese medicines, with a total use frequency of 600 times. The drugs with higher frequency of use of traditional Chinese medicine include sour jujube seed, coptis chinensis, licorice, white peony, salvia miltiorrhiza, etc; In the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine, the frequency of tonic and sedative drugs is higher; Association rule analysis obtained common drug pair combinations such as "Semen Ziziphi Spinosae - Caulis Polygoni Thunb", "Semen Ziziphi Spinosae - Fushen - Rhizoma Coptidis" and "Semen Ziziphi Spinosae - Chuanxiong", and cluster analysis obtained 3 new formula combinations. Conclusion: The basic pathogenesis of diabetes insomnia is deficiency of yin and blood, and deficiency heat disturbs the mind. The main treatment is to nourish yin and blood, clear the heart and remove annoyance, relieve depression and calm the mind. The commonly used basic prescriptions for diabetes insomnia, such as Suanzaoren decoction and Danzhixiaoyao powder, have been excavated.
