摘要:
中医治疗失眠的方式多种多样，如汤药、针灸、耳穴、推拿等，然临床治疗时多不拘泥于一种疗法，而是综合应用，以达到最佳疗效。文章综合论述了近年来针灸配合耳穴治疗失眠的治疗方法，为失眠的临床治疗提供参考依据。
Abstract:
There are many ways to treat insomnia in traditional Chinese medicine, such as decoction, acupuncture, ears acupoints,massage, etc. However, in order to achieve the optimal effect, clinical treatment is not limited to a single therapy, but comprehensiveapplication. This article reviewed the treatment of insomnia in recent years by aupuncture combined with ears acupoints, and providedreference for clinical treatment of insomnia.
