摘要:
目的：探讨“一病一品”在糖尿病中医护理中的应用效果。方法：采用偶遇抽样的方法，将 240 例患者按照“一病一品”中医护理模式开展前后分成对照组和观察组，对照组按糖尿病中医护理方案护理，观察组实施“一病一品”中医护理模式，比较两组患者的护理满意度、平均住院日、糖尿病相关护理知识和实施“一病一品”前后护理质量。结果：两组患者护理满意度、平均住院日、糖尿病护理相关知识和护理工作质量比较，差异有统计学意义（均 P＜0.05 ）。结论：该护理模式，促进了糖尿病患者快速康复，提高了患者自我调护能力，推进了中医护理方案的应用，发挥中医特殊护理优势。
Abstract:
Objective: To discuss the application effect of “One Disease, One Quality” in traditional Chinese medicine nursing fordiabetes. Methods: 240 cases of patients with diabetic were selected and divided into experimental group and control group, according torandom digital table method. Patients in control group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine nursing plan for diabetes, andpatients in experimental group were treated with “One Disease, One Quality” nursing model. The patient satisfaction with nursing, theaverage days of hospitalization, the nursing knowledge of diabetic and the quality of nursing service before and after “One Disease, OneQuality” between the two groups were compared. Results: The effective rate of nursing in the experimental group was significantlyhigher than that in the control group at the time of discharge, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Thenursing mode promotes the rapid recovery of diabetic patients, improves the self-care ability of patients, promotes the application oftraditional Chinese medicine nursing program, and gives full play to the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine special nursing.
