摘要:
不稳定型心绞痛是急性冠状动脉综合征的常见类型之一，病情复杂且症状多变，致残率和死亡率高，治疗及时 可转化为稳定型心绞痛，如控制不得当，则恶化为急性心肌梗死，甚则导致猝死。及时的预防和治疗是减少心源性猝死的重要 措施。中西医结合治疗是在应用常规抗心绞痛西药基础上配合中医药疗法，发挥其各自优势，进一步提高疗效。现根据近年发 表的文献，对其作一综述，为临床相关研究提供参考。
Abstract:
Unstable angina is one of the common types of acute coronary syndrome. Unstable angina pectoris (UAP) is a complex disease with varied symptoms. It has high rates of disability and mortality. It can be transformed into stable angina pectoris if treatment is in time. If it is not controlled properly, it will deteriorate into acute myocardial infarction and even lead to sudden death. Timely prevention and treatment is an important measure to reduce sudden cardiac death. The treatment of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine is based on the application of conventional western medicine against angina pectoris combined with traditional Chinese medicine therapy,, giving play to their respective advantages and further improving the curative effect. According to the published literature in recent years, this paper makes a review of it, and provides reference for clinical related research.
