摘要:
腹水是肝硬化最常见并发症之一，预防和控制腹水的发生和发展是改善肝硬化患者预后的关键。文章从肝硬化腹水的中医认知（中医病名、病因病机、治疗原则和辨证分型）、灸法的研究进程（历史源流、作用机理）、取穴与用药（穴位的选择、药物的使用）、临床研究进展等方面，综述各种灸法治疗肝硬化腹水的研究，并就其优点和存在问题进行分析。
Abstract:
Ascites is one of the most common complications of liver cirrhosis. Prevention and control of ascites is the key to improvethe prognosis of patients with liver cirrhosis. This article reviews the research progress of various moxibustion methods in the treatment ofascites due to cirrhosis from the aspects of TCM cognition (TCM disease name, etiology and pathogenesis, treatment principle andsyndrome differentiation), the research process of moxibustion (historical origin, mechanism of action), acupoint selection and medication(acupoint selection, drug use), and clinical research progress. The advantages and problems of various moxibustion methods are analyzed,which provides reference for the clinical treatment of ascites due to cirrhosis.
