摘要:
对亚甲蓝分光光度法测定水中阴离子表面活性剂含量方法进行改进。改进方法后,只经过一次萃取,一次洗涤,简化了国家标准检测方法,方法改进后能够快速、准确地检测出阴离子表面活性剂的含量。方法改进后的检出限为 0.05mg/L,样品加标回收率为102%~104%,相对标准偏差为 -1.1% ~1.1%。结果表明,此方法能够快速、准确检测水中阴离子表面活性剂的含量,且精密度、准确度均符合地表水、生活饮用水检测的要求。
Abstract:
The methylene blue spectrophotometric method for the determination of anionic surfactants in water was improved. The improved method simplifies the national standard detection method by only one extraction and one washing. The method can quickly and accurately detect the content of anionic surfactants. The detection limit of the improved method is 0.05 mg/L. The recovery of standard addition is 102%~104% and the relative standard deviation is -1.1%~1.1%. The results show that this method can quickly and accurately detect the content of anionic surfactants in water, and the precision and accuracy are in line with the requirements of surface water and drinking water detection.
