摘要:
类风湿关节炎可侵犯多个大小关节，并伴有晨僵、关节畸形及全身多系统受累，具有发病率高、复发率高、致残率高及并发症多等“三高一多”的特点。祖国传统医学在治疗类风湿关节炎方面具有独特的优势，在临床中医治疗类风湿关节炎的临床疗效良好且得到患者广泛认可，尤其是中药、针灸、中药熏蒸等特色疗法。文章现针对风寒湿痹证类风湿关节炎的中医治疗进展展开综述，为临床治疗提供参考。
Abstract:
Rheumatoid arthritis can invade multiple joints, accompanied by morning stiffness, joint deformity and systemic multiple system involvement. It has the characteristics of "three high and one more" such as high incidence rate, high recurrence rate, high disability rate and many complications. Traditional Chinese medicine has unique advantages in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis. The clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis is good and widely recognized by patients, especially traditional Chinese medicine, acupuncture, traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and other characteristic therapies. This article reviews the progress of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of rheumatoid arthritis with wind cold dampness syndrome, so as to provide reference for clinical treatment.
