为适应社会不断发展需要，在大健康的背景下，随着医疗需求的变化，中医学人才培养方案需要进行适当的改革，因为中医人才培养方案关系到中医人才培养质量，文章通过对广西中医药大学中医专业学生的调查研究，从五个方面调查分析学生对中医人才培养方案的满意度。透过研究得出结论，总体上目前的中医人才培养方案基本得到学生的认可和肯定，其中满意度最高的是体现中医特色的满意度，满意度最低的是增强专业兴趣的满意度。从整体上看，大五学生满意度稍高于大三、大四的学生。
Abstract:
In order to meet the needs of the continuous development of society, under the background of Comprehensive Health and with the change of medical demand, the talent training scheme of traditional Chinese medicine needs to be reformed appropriately, because the talent training scheme of traditional Chinese medicine is related to the quality of talent training of traditional Chinese medicine. Through the investigation and research of students majoring in traditional Chinese medicine in Guangxi University of Chinese Medicine, This paper investigates and analyzes students satisfaction with the training scheme of traditional Chinese medicine talents from five aspects. Through the research, it is concluded that, on the whole, the current traditional Chinese medicine talent training program has been basically recognized and affirmed by students. The highest satisfaction is the satisfaction reflecting the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine, and the lowest satisfaction is the satisfaction of enhancing professional interest. On the whole, the satisfaction of fifth year students was slightly higher than that of juniors and seniors.
