摘要:
功能性消化不良（Functional dyspepsia，FD）是消化内科较为常见的一种疾病，发病率有逐年上升的趋势，西医临床治疗不甚理想，且病情易反复，已成为困扰人们的重要疾病之一。近年来，中医在治疗该病取得显著效果，值得在临床上推广应用。文章阐述了古代和现代中医对 FD 的病因病机的认识及临床上中医对 FD 的分型，重点从分型论治、经方治疗和专方专药等方面梳理了中医在临床治疗 FD 的进展情况，为中医治疗 FD 提供参考。
Abstract:
Functional dyspepsia (FD) is a common disease in the department of gastroenterology, and its incidence tends to increaseyear by year. Western medicine is not ideal in clinical treatment, and the disease is easy to relapse, which has become one of the importantdiseases plaguing modern people. In recent years, traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of the disease has achieved remarkableresults, which is worthy of clinical application. This paper expounds the ancient and modern Chinese medicine’s understanding of theetiology and diseases of FD and the clinical classification of FD by Chinese medicine, and mainly reviews the progress of Chinese medicinein the clinical treatment of FD from the aspects of classification and treatment, prescription and special prescription, so as to providereference for the treatment of FD by Chinese medicine.
