摘要:
椎动脉型颈椎病是一种临床常见的疾病。近年来，针对该病的临床和试验研究取得了一些新的进展，但该病发生的机制尚不能完全明确，病程也多反复、迁延难愈。文章通过收集分析近10 年来对于椎动脉型颈椎病的中医临床研究成果，综述并探讨该病的主要机理及中医治疗方法，为该病的预防、改善患者的症状、降低复发率提供一些思路。
Abstract:
Cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type is a common clinical disease. In recent years, new progress has been obtained in clinical and experimental research of this disease, but the occurrence mechanism of this disease is still not completely clear, and the course of the disease is repeated and difficult to recover. By collecting and analyzing the clinical research results of traditional Chinese medicine on cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type in the past 10 years, the main mechanism of the disease and the treatment methods of traditional Chinese medicine were discussed and summarized. It provides some ideas for the prevention of the disease, improving the symptoms of patients and reducing the recurrence rate.
