摘要:
文章以隧道式灭菌干燥机为例，对设备性能确认技术的重点项目进行物理学和生物学测试研究，考察其正常运行参数下设备的工作状态，确保隧道式灭菌干燥机各方面性能稳定，且通过除热原工艺后的物品能够用于无菌制剂的生产，保证药品生产的质量安全。
Abstract:
This paper takes the tunnel sterilization dryer as an example to carry out physical and biological test research on the key projects of equipment performance confirmation technology, investigate the working state of the equipment under its normal operating parameters, ensure that the performance of the tunnel sterilization dryer is stable in all aspects, and the items after the pyrogen removal process can be used in the production of sterile preparations to ensure the quality and safety of drug production.
