摘要:
当前，新时代存量资产的有效盘活与布局已成为我国深化供给侧结构性改革、实现高质量发展的迫切要求。为激发存量资产的潜力，提升社会运行效率，促使存量资产更好地适应当代发展的需求，文章从基础设施存量、国有企业资产管理、制造业产能、房地产库存4个维度剖析当前我国存量资产存在的问题，并借鉴国外的先进经验，对我国存量资产的盘活与布局提出建议，为促进我国实现经济、社会和环境的可持续发展提供参考依据。
Abstract:
Currently, the effective revitalization and layout of stock assets in the new era has become an urgent requirement for China to deepen supply-side structural reform and achieve high-quality development. In order to stimulate the potential of stock assets, improve social operational efficiency, and make the stock assets better meet the needs of contemporary development, this article analyzes the problems of China’s stock assets from four dimensions: infrastructure stock, state-owned enterprise asset management, manufacturing capacity, and real estate inventory, and puts forward suggestions on the revitalization and layout of stock assets in China by drawing lessons from the advanced experience of foreign countries, so as to provide a reference basis for promoting the sustainable development of economy, society and environment in China.
