近年来,各地职业院校按照《国家职业教育改革实施方案》的要求推进“三教”改革,与企业紧密合作开展“1+X”证书试点,探讨新形势下职业院校师资队伍培养培训、创新性教材编写及职业教育教学方法改革等工作,取得了一定成果,但也存在许多不足。文章以中职学校新能源汽车维修专业为例,分析当前中职学校“三教”存在的问题,提出以组建新“双师型”教师团队、开发“课证融合”新形态教材及采取“基于教”向“基于学”转变的“三教”改革新路径。
Abstract:
In recent years, vocational colleges in various regions have promoted the "three education" reform in accordance with the requirements of the "National Vocational Education Reform Implementation Plan", closely cooperating with enterprises to carry out the "1+X" certificate pilot, exploring the training of vocational colleges’ teaching staff, innovative textbook writing, and reform of vocational education teaching methods under the new situation, and have achieved certain results, but there are also many shortcomings. The article takes the new energy vehicle maintenance major in vocational schools as an example to analyze the problems existing in the current "three education" in secondary vocational schools. It proposes to establish a new "double teacher" teacher team, develop a new form of "course certificate integration" teaching materials, and adopt a new path of "three education" reform that transforms from "teaching-based" to "learning-based".
