摘要:
肝硬化腹水是失代偿期肝硬化的常见并发症之一，是各种慢性肝病发展的严重阶段。相对于现代医学而言，中医药在治疗肝硬化腹水方面具备着现代医学所不具备的优点。文章从中医角度探究了肝硬化腹水的发病原因、发病机理，以及该病的中医药治疗，总结古今中医名家的治疗经验，了解该病目前用中医药治疗方面的最新研究进展，为今后中医药治疗肝硬化腹水提供参考。
Abstract:
The liver cirrhosis ascites is one of the most common complications of decompensated cirrhosis, and it is an importantmanifestation of the development of various kinds of liver diseases to the serious stage. Compared with the modern medicine, traditionalChinese medicine (TCM) has the advantage that the modern medicine does not possess in the treatment of the ascites of the livercirrhosis. From the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine, this chapter explores the etiology, pathogenesis and treatment of ascitesdue to cirrhosis, summarizes the treatment experience of famous ancient and modern Chinese medicine experts, and understands thelatest research progress in the treatment of ascites due to cirrhosis with traditional Chinese medicine, so as to provide reference for thetreatment of ascites due to cirrhosis with traditional Chinese medicine in the future.
