摘要:
目的：通过对慢性乙型肝炎重症化倾向期患者的中医体质类型调查，为中医药防治肝病研究提供可靠的临床数据。方法：采用临床流行病学方法，使用中医体质表对149 例慢性乙型肝炎重症化倾向期患者进行体质调查。结果：149 例广西慢性乙型肝炎重症化倾向期患者的中医体质类型以平和质和湿热质为主，其它体质所占比例较少且相差不大，未见特禀质。此外，有43.62%的患者属于复合体质，其中湿热质比重最大。结论：慢性乙型肝炎重症化倾向期患者中医病理体质类型以湿热质、气郁为主，另有近半数患者属于复合体质。
Abstract:
Objective: To provide reliable clinical data for the study of prevention and treatment of liver disease with traditional Chinese medicine, by investigating constitution of the patients with severe chronic hepatitis B in the severe tendency period from the view of TCM. Methods: A clinical epidemiological method was used to investigate the physical fitness of 149 patients with severe chronic hepatitis B according the chart of TCM constitutions. Results: The constitution of the investigated patients are mainly gentleness, the rate of other types constitution are less and not significant difference. And no specific constitution was found in them. In addition, 43.62% of the patients belonged to the compound constitution, of which the proportion of damp hot constitution was the largest. Conclusion: the pathological constitution types of chronic hepatitis B patients are mainly damp-hot and qi depression and nearly half of them belong to compound constitution.
