摘要:
近年来，南宁市深入贯彻党中央、国务院和自然资源管理部门关于深化“放管服”改革、优化营商环境工作部署，努力构建了便捷高效、便民利民的不动产登记工作体系，切实提高了群众幸福指数。文章探讨了目前南宁市不动产登记改革发展现状及存在的问题，并思考探究了南宁市不动产登记改革工作进一步高质量发展的建议策略。
Abstract:
In recent years, Nanning has deeply implemented the deployment of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, the State Council, and the natural resources management department to deepen the reform of "streamlining management and improving service", optimize the business environment, and strive to build a convenient, efficient, and convenient real estate registration system, effectively improving the happiness index of the people. This article explores the current development status and problems of the real estate registration reform in Nanning, and proposes strategies for further high-quality development of the real estate registration reform work in Nanning.
