摘要:
截石位是直肠癌患者在进行手术治疗时最常采用的一种体位，若干预不到位，极其容易引起患者损伤、发生相关并发症，给患者带来不必要的痛苦。因此，在直肠癌患者手术治疗过程中，合理、正确的手术体位摆放是保障手术顺利进行的重要条件，如此不仅能保障术中拥有良好的视野，利于术者进行治疗及操作，还能使患者在术中获得舒适的体位，避免或减少患者因手术体位护理不当而发生的损伤，进而减少相关并发症的发生，提升临床整体治疗效率。基于此，文章将基于直肠癌手术体位护理的研究进展进行分析，以期为临床直肠癌手术体位护理提供参考。
Abstract:
Lithotomy position is the most commonly used position in the surgical treatment of rectal cancer patients. If the intervention is not in place, it is extremely easy to cause injury to the patient, cause related complications, and bring unnecessary pain to the patient. Therefore, during the surgical treatment of rectal cancer patients, a reasonable and correct surgical posture is an important condition to ensure the smooth progress of the surgery. This not only ensures a good visual field during the surgery, facilitates the treatment and operation of the surgeon, but also enables the patient to obtain a comfortable position during thesurgery, avoiding or reducing injuries caused by improper surgical posture care, and thereby reducing the occurrence of related complications, so as to improve the overall efficiency of clinical treatment. Based on this, this article will analyze the research progress of rectal cancer surgical posture nursing, in order to provide reference for clinical rectal cancer surgical posture nursing.
