摘要:
甘蔗制糖产业链的蓬勃发展带来了巨大人才需求，给制糖专业群建设带来了新的挑战，产业相关岗位的不断更新对人才的综合能力提出了更高要求，文章从校企协同共建校内校外实训基地、专兼结合的“双师型”教学队伍建设、工学结合的优质核心课程建设、创新创业实训教学体系建设等方面探索高职制糖特色实训基地建设，为高职院校专业群实训基地建设提供新案例。
Abstract:
The vigorous development of the sugarcane sugar industry chain has brought huge demand for talents, posing new challenges to the construction of sugar manufacturing professional groups. The continuous updating of industry related positions has put forward higher requirements for the comprehensive ability of talents. This paper explores the construction of sugar specialty training bases in higher vocational colleges from the aspects of cooperation between schools and enterprises to build on-campus and off-campus training bases, the construction of "dual-teacher" teaching team, the construction of high-quality core courses combining work and study, and the construction of innovation and entrepreneurship training teaching system, and provides a new case for the construction of professional group training bases in higher vocational colleges.
