摘要:
“新文科”建设的提出对我国高等教育体系影响深远，文章从馆员服务能力的提升、馆员业务能力的提升和高校图书馆的自身发展三个角度出发，分析了在“新文科”背景下，高校的图书馆馆员应如何提高个人服务能力，更好地为广大师生提供优质、高效的服务。
Abstract:
The proposal of "new liberal arts" construction has a profound impact on China’s higher education system. This paper analyzes how university library librarians should improve their personal service ability and provide high-quality and efficient services to teachers and students in the context of the "new liberal arts" from three perspectives: improving the service ability of librarians, enhancing their professional ability, and developing university libraries themselves.
