摘要:
我国高等职业教育的改革发展要着重提升人才培养质量，产教融合、校企合作是关键，然而在实际教育教学中，产教融合、校企合作流于表层，学校人才培养不贴合企业切实需求，企业参与度不足，如何摆脱困境是当务之急，文章将根据《国家职业教育改革实施方案》中的改革策略探讨如何予以实践。
Abstract:
The reform and development of higher vocational education in China should focus on improving the quality of talent cultivation. The integration of industry and education, as well as school enterprise cooperation, are key factors. However, in actual education and teaching, the integration of industry and education and school enterprise cooperation are only superficial. Talent cultivation in schools does not meet the practical needs of enterprises, and the participation of enterprises is insufficient. How to solve the difficulties is an urgent matter. This article will explore how to practice it based on the reform strategies in the "National Vocational Education Reform Implementation Plan".
