摘要:
探索激发高校辅导员素质能力提升的内生动力，有助于推动高校辅导员走向更加专业化、职业化的发展道路。以“广西高校辅导员年度人物”获得者工作先进事迹为样本数据，运用ROST-CM文本挖掘分析，结合访谈研究发现，通过认真履行职能，强化职业认同，掌握通用能力；明确岗位职责，提升职业获得感，提高专业能力；提高思想认识，感增强职业成就感，提升特定能力。由此，激活高校辅导员素质能力提升的内生动力，不断提高高校辅导员思想政治工作质量和立德树人成效。
Abstract:
Exploring and stimulating the endogenous power to enhance the quality and ability of college counselors can help promote their development towards a more professional and professional path. Taking the work of the winners of "Guangxi College Counselor of the Year" as the sample data, using ROST-CM text mining analysis, combined with interviews and research findings, through conscientious performance of functions, strengthen professional identity, and master general ability; clarify job responsibilities, enhance career satisfaction, and enhance professional abilities; enhance ideological awareness, enhance professional achievement, and enhance specific abilities. As a result, the endogenous power for improving the quality and ability of college counselors is activated, and the quality of ideological and political work and the effectiveness of moral education and talent cultivation of college counselors are continuously improved.
