我国经济转型升级对电子商务高素质技术技能型人才需求更加迫切。对于电子商务专业而言,开展“1+X电子商务数据分析”证书制度试点工作,符合国家的产业政策,是深化高素质技术技能型人才培养模式改革的重要举措。通过对福建船政交通职业学院电子商务专业试点工作的深入剖析,发现“1+X”证书制度实行中存在的“人货场”三大难题。为了克服并解决专业教学与X证书的矛盾,保证课证从教学上实现有效融合,重新设计与构建AIPL教学实施模型,从教师与学生两端入手,优化教学实施环节,提炼出解决课证教学矛盾的有效途径。同时提出未来老师需要做好“四类人”,从而提升电子商务专业学生的数据分析技能。
Abstract:
The economic transformation and upgrading in China have a more urgent demand for high-quality technical and skilled talents in e-commerce. For e-commerce majors, carrying out the pilot work of the "1+X e-commerce data analysis" certificate system is in line with national industrial policies and an important measure to deepen the reform of the training mode for high-quality technical and skilled talents. Through in-depth analysis of the pilot work of the e-commerce major at Fujian Chuanzheng Communications College, it is found that there are three major challenges in the implementation of the "1+X" certificate system, namely "personnel and freight yards". Therefore, in order to overcome and solve the contradiction between professional teaching and X certificates, and ensure effective integration of course certificates in teaching, the AIPL teaching implementation model is redesigned and constructed, and the teaching implementation process is optimized from both teachers and students, effective ways are extracted to solve the contradiction between course certification and teaching. At the same time, it is proposed that future teachers need to excel in the "four types of people" to enhance the data analysis skills of e-commerce students.
