摘要:
民俗文化是民族文化传承和民族精神弘扬的重要精神支柱，只有通过不断传播和推广民俗文化才能永葆其影响力与生命力，地方高校图书馆肩负着民俗文化推广的社会责任与历史使命。文章分析了地方高校图书馆参与民俗文化推广的意义和现状。在此基础上，结合作者所在桂林理工大学图书馆开展民俗文化推广的实际情况，主要从资源体系构建、人才队伍建设、管理体系建立和创新传播形式四个方面对图书馆自身的民俗文化推广活动进行了探索与实践，以达到为地方高校图书馆实施民俗文化推广的职能服务提供理论依据与实践经验的目的。
Abstract:
Folk culture is an important spiritual pillar for the inheritance of national culture and the promotion of national spirit, can only maintain its influence and vitality forever through the continuous dissemination and promotion of folk culture. Local university libraries shoulder the social responsibility and historical mission of promoting folk culture. This article analyzes the significance and current situation of local university libraries participating in the promotion of folk culture. On this basis, combined with the actual situation of promoting folk culture in the library of Guilin University of Technology where the author is located, this paper mainly explores and practices the folk culture promotion activities of the library itself from four aspects: resource system construction, talent team, construction management system establishment and innovative communication forms, in order to provide theoretical basis and practical experience for local university libraries to implement the functional services of promoting folk culture.
