摘要:
目的：评价集束化护理在神经外科手术患者围手术期急性压力性损伤预防中的作用。方法：将2020年1月至2021年1月广西壮族自治区南溪山医院神经外科手术后回病房的压力性损伤高危患者作为对照组（105例），采用常规压力性损伤护理方法，将2021年2月至2022年2月术后回病房的压力性损伤高危患者作为观察组（110例），采用集束化护理对观察组患者实施干预，比较两组患者的干预效果。结果：干预后，观察组患者压力性损伤发生率及压力性损伤分期均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）。结论：针对神经外科手术压力性损伤高危患者实施基于集束化护理的压力性损伤预防管理措施，可以有效降低神经外科手术患者围术期压力性损伤的发生。
Abstract:
Objective: To evaluate the effect of cluster nursing in the prevention of perioperative acute stress injury in neurosurgery patients. Methods: 105 patients with high risk of stress injury who returned to the ward after neurosurgery surgery in Nanxishan Hospital of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region from January 2020to January 2021were used as the control group. Routine stress injury nursing methods were used. 110 patients with high risk of stress injury who returned to the ward after surgery from February 2021 to February 2022 were used as the observation group. Cluster nursing was used to intervene the patients in the observation group, and the intervention effects of the two groups were compared. Results: After the intervention, the incidence and staging of stress injury in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.01). Conclusion: The implementation of stress injury prevention and management measures based on cluster nursing for high-risk patients with stress injury in neurosurgery surgery can effectively reduce the incidence of perioperative stress injury in neurosurgery patients.
