摘要:
目的:评价山牡荆不同部位提取物的抗细菌性炎症及肾保护的作用。方法:以受精后3天的斑马鱼用于山牡荆样品抗细菌性炎症功效最大检测浓度测定及其功效评价;以受精后2天的斑马鱼用于肾保护功效最大检测浓度测定及其功效评价。结果:山牡荆枝叶、山牡荆果实和山牡荆根和心材对模型斑马鱼的MTC均为2000 μg/mL;山牡荆枝叶1000、2000 ?g/mL浓度组,山牡荆果实1000 ?g/mL浓度组,山牡荆根和心材500、1000、2000 ?g/mL浓度组炎症部位的中性粒细胞数量较模型对照组减少,具有统计学差异。山牡荆枝叶、山牡荆果实和山牡荆根和心材的500、1000、2000 μg/mL浓度组中肾性水肿数量较模型对照组显著减少,具有统计学差异。结论:山牡荆枝叶、山牡荆果实和山牡荆根和心材均具有抗细菌性炎症、肾保护功效。
Abstract:
Objective: To evaluate the anti-bacterial inflammatory and renal protective effects of extracts from different parts of Vitex quinata (Lour.) Will. Methods: Using zebrafish from 3 days after fertilization to determine the maximum detection concentration of anti-bacterial inflammation efficacy in Vitex quinata (Lour.) Will samples and evaluate its efficacy; the maximum concentration of renal protection was measured in zebrafish 2 days after fertilization and its efficacy was evaluated. Results: The MTC of branches and leaves, fruits, roots and heartwood of Vitex quinata (Lour.) Will to model zebrafish were 2000 μg/mL. Compared with the model control group, the number of neutrophils in the inflammatory sites of Vitex quinata (Lour.) Will was reduced in 1000 and 2000 ?g/mL concentration groups in the branches and leaves of Vitex quinata (Lour.) Will, 1000 ?g/mL concentration groups in the fruits of Vitex quinata (Lour.) Will, 500, 1000 and 2000 ?g/mL concentration groups in the roots and heartwood of Vitex quinata (Lour.) Will, with statistical difference. The number of renal edema in the 500, 1000, 2000 μg/mL concentration groups of branches and leaves, fruits, roots and heartwood of Vitex quinata (Lour.) Will was significantly decreased compared with the model control group, with statistical difference. Conclusion: The branches and leaves, fruits, roots and heartwood of Vitex quinata (Lour.) Will have the effects of anti-bacterial inflammation and renal protection.
