摘要:
技术转移机构是我国技术创新体系中重要的一部分，发挥着不可或缺的作用。文章主要以自治区级技术转移示范机构之一——玉林市中小企业科技创新孵化服务中心为例，重点分析了该中心在技术转移中主要做法及成效和存在的问题，并从硬设施、软服务、人才管理等方面提出对策及建议，以期加快科技成果技术转移力度，加快实现科研成果的产业化和国际化，助推玉林科技发展。
Abstract:
Technology transfer institutions are an important part of China’s technological innovation system and play an indispensable role. Taking Yulin Science and Technology Innovation Incubation Service Center for Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises, one of the demonstration institutions of technology transfer at the autonomous region level, as an example, this paper mainly analyzes the main practices, achievements and existing problems of the center in technology transfer, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of hardware facilities, soft services, talent management, etc. in order to speed up the technological transfer of scientific and technological achievements, accelerate the industrialization and internationalization of scientific research achievements, and promote the development of science and Technology in Yulin.
