摘要:
伴随着电子政务时代的快速发展，科技信息管理系统一直助力于科技项目管理，助其从传统的纸质化管理时代迈入电子化管理时代。文章以“广西科技管理信息平台”——科技项目验收业务为例，在分析《广西科技计划项目验收结题管理办法》《关于改革完善广西壮族自治区本级财政科研经费管理的实施意见》《广西科技计划项目管理流程指引》等文件的基础上，探索系统功能建设助力提高验收业务办理效率的必要性与可行性，旨在为相关系统建设提供借鉴。
Abstract:
With the rapid development of the e-government era, technology information management systems have been assisting in technology project management, helping it transition from the traditional paper-based management era to the electronic management era. The article takes the "Guangxi Science and Technology Management Information Platform" - science and technology project acceptance business as an example, and explores the necessity and feasibility of system function construction to help improve the efficiency of acceptance business processing based on the analysis of documents such as the "Guangxi Science and Technology Plan Project Acceptance Conclusion Management Measures", "Implementation Opinions on Reforming and Improving the Management of Financial Research Funds at the Local Level in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region", and "Guangxi Science and Technology Plan Project Management Process Guidelines", it aims to provide reference for the construction of related systems.
