摘要:
信息化教学的普及是教育现代化的重要标志,也是改变传统教学模式的重要途径,教师则是信息化教学的主力军。高职教育处在重要的质量提升阶段,高职教师通过提升信息化能力素养是实现高职教育现代化的重要途径,是创新人才培养的要求,也是衡量教师教学能力的重要标准。高职教师信息化素养表现在信息获取和整合能力、网络工具的应用能力、课堂设计能力。目前高职教师在信息能力素养提升方面存在信息化意识不够、在职教育培训不够、学院配套政策不够和信息设备不足的问题,针对这些问题,文章提出了全面树立信息化教学意识、加强信息素养和信息教学能力培训、学院制定信息化教学评价制度和增加信息化设备投入等建议。
Abstract:
The popularization of information teaching is an important symbol of educational modernization and an important way to change the traditional teaching models. Teachers are the main force of information teaching. Higher vocational education is in an important stage of quality improvement, and improving the literacy of higher vocational teachers through information technology is an important way to realize the modernization of higher vocational education, a requirement for innovative talent training, and an important standard for measuring teachers’ teaching ability. The information literacy of higher vocational teachers is manifested in the ability to obtain and integrate information, the ability to apply network tools, and the ability to design classrooms. At present, there are problems such as insufficient information awareness, insufficient in-service education and training, insufficient supporting policies and insufficient information equipment for higher vocational teachers in the improvement of information literacy. In response to these problems, this paper puts forward suggestions on comprehensively establishing informatization teaching awareness, strengthening information literacy and information teaching ability training, the college developing informatization teaching evaluation system and increasing investment in informatization equipment.
