目的:探讨基于BOPPPS和对分课堂的教学模式在护理本科学生基础护理学实践教学中的改革效果及评价。方法:在2019级和2020级学生中对不同教学模式的效果进行比较。该课程分两个学期实施,在2019级开设该课程的第一学期采用常规教学方法,在2019级开设该课程的第二学期以及2020级开设该课程的第一学期采用该教学模式。将2019级第一学期和第二学期的学习情况进行自身前后对比,将2019级第一学期和2020级第一学期的学习情况进行组间对比。结果:2019级第二学期的自主学习能力总分、信息能力及学习合作能力维度得分显著优于第一学期(均P<0.01),2019级第二学期的学习态度总分、学习兴趣、学习习惯及对护理专业的认识维度得分均优于第一学期(均P<0.05);2020级第一学期的自主学习能力总分、信息能力及学习合作能力维度得分均优于2019级(均P<0.05),2020级第一学期的学习态度总分、学习习惯及对护理专业的认识维度得分均显著优于2019级(均P<0.01)。多数学生对该教学模式有较好的评价与认可接受度。结论:基于BOPPPS和对分课堂的基础护理学实践教学改革效果较好,有助于提高学生的自主学习能力和端正学习态度,且学生的评价及认可接受度较高。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore the reform effect and evaluation of the teaching model based on BOPPPS and PAD class in the practice teaching of basic nursing for undergraduate nursing students. Methods: The effects of different teaching modes were compared between 2019 and 2020 undergraduate nursing classes. The course is implemented in two semesters, with conventional teaching methods used in the first semester of the 2019 level course, the second semester of the 2019 level course, and the first semester of the 2020 level course.Compare the learning situation of the first and second semesters of the 2019 level before and after, and compare the learning situation of the first semester of the 2019 level and the first semester of the 2020 level between groups. Results: The scores of self-directed learning ability, information ability, and learning cooperation ability in the second semester of 2019 were significantly better than those in the first semester (all P<0.01). The scores of learning attitude, learning interest, learning habits, and understanding of nursing profession in the second semester of 2019 were all better than those in the first semester (all P<0.05). The total scores of self-directed learning ability, information ability, and learning cooperation ability in the first semester of 2020 were all better than those in 2019 (all P<0.05). The total scores of learning attitude, learning habits, and understanding of nursing major in the first semester of 2020 were significantly better than those in 2019 (all P<0.01). Most students have a good evaluation and acceptance of this teaching model. Conclusion: The reform of basic nursing practice teaching based on BOPPPS and PAD class has a good effect, which is helpful to improve students’ independent learning ability and correct learning attitude, and students’ evaluation and acceptance are high.
