摘要:
近年来胃癌已成为最常见的恶性肿瘤之一。治疗方法主要是保守或者非保守治疗，目前多首选手术治疗。这种外科根治性治疗更能被大多数患者接受，主要考虑到保守治疗的疗效较差或效果不显著，给患者身心带来极大损害。中医药针对术后恢复的外治法常被大多数医院接受，其中医证型在整个围手术期变化不大。由于老年人年龄较大，气血两虚，体质虚弱，术后大量消耗血气，且气血两虚贯穿整个围手术期，术后恢复期尤为重要。雷火灸、穴位贴敷等常用外治法对术后恢复期有重要作用。文章探讨中药外治法在胃癌根治术后机体康复中的应用价值，为胃癌术后康复治疗提供了一些新的临床指导。
Abstract:
In recent years, gastric cancer has become one of the most common malignant tumors. The treatment methods are mainly conservative or non conservative, for example, surgical treatment is currently the preferred choice. This type of surgical radical treatment is more acceptable to most patients, mainly considering the poor or insignificant therapeutic effect of conservative treatment, which can cause significant physical and mental damage to patients. Therefore, consideration should not be ignored in terms of postoperative recovery. The external treatment method of traditional Chinese medicine for postoperative recovery is often accepted by most hospitals, and the medical syndrome type does not change significantly throughout the perioperative period. Due to the older age of the elderly, their constitution is weak due to the deficiency of both qi and blood. They consume a large amount of blood and gas after surgery, and the deficiency of both qi and blood runs through the entire perioperative period. The postoperative recovery period is particularly important. Common external treatment methods such as lightning fire moxibustion and acupoint application play an important role in the postoperative recovery period. This study takes elderly patients as the observation group to explore the application value of traditional Chinese medicine external treatment in the recovery of the body after radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer.
