摘要:
目的:探讨亲子教育和康复技能训练对儿童青少年抑郁症患者社会功能的影响。方法:按纳入标准选择住院的儿童青少年患者80例,以随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,各40例,观察组进行亲子教育和康复技能训练结合干预,对照组按常规治疗及护理,两组均干预4周,采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、护士用住院病人观察量表(NOSIE)评价干预效果,比较两组干预效果差异。结果:干预后4周两组患者的HAMD总分均有所下降,干预后3个月观察组HAMD的总分明显降低,得分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后4周、干预后3个月,两组患者的NOSIE总分皆高于干预前,观察组患者NOSIE总分明显高于对照组,分值比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:亲子教育与康复技能训练相结合,能有效改善患者家庭的亲子关系,增进患者的自我和谐和家庭和谐,提高患者治疗的依从性,提高其社会兴趣和生活质量,有效促进儿童青少年抑郁症患者身心健康成长和社会功能的恢复,更好地促进患者全面康复。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore the effect of parent-child education and rehabilitation skill training on social function of children and adolescents with depression. Methods: According to the inclusion criteria, 80 hospitalized children and adolescents were selected and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group, with 40 cases each. The observation group received a combination of parent-child education and rehabilitation skill training intervention, while the control group received routine treatment and nursing. Both groups were intervened for 4 weeks, using the Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD) and the Nurse Inpatient Observation Scale (NOSIE) to evaluate the effect of intervention and compare the differences in intervention effects between the two groups. Results: The total scores of HAMD in the two groups decreased after 4 weeks, and the total scores of HAMD in observation group after three months intervention were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05); after 4 weeks and 3 months of intervention, the total scores of NOSIE in both groups were higher than that before intervention. The total scores of NOSIE in observation group were significantly higher than that in control group, the comparison of scores was statistically significant. Conclusion: The combination of parent-child education and rehabilitation skill training can effectively improve the parent-child relationship in patients’ families, promote the patients’ self-harmony and family harmony, improve the patients’ treatment compliance, improve their social interests and quality of life, effectively promote the physical and mental health growth and the recovery of social function of children and adolescents with depression, and better promote the comprehensive rehabilitation of patients.
