摘要:
为满足智能制造人才需求和促进新工科发展,针对智能制造工程专业建设过程中遇到的问题,实施如下措施:基于新工科、工程教育认证理念,科学制定适应国家、产业需求和符合学校办学定位的专业培养目标;贯彻OBE理念,构建满足毕业要求能力培养的课程体系,设计基于“反向设计,正向实施”的课程项目化教学方法;基于产教融合和CDIO理念,建设以工程能力培养为主线的实训/实习基地,探索实施“学习工厂+生产工厂”融合驱动的人才培养模式。实现教学体系和企业实践紧密结合,工程项目实践贯穿人才培养全过程。
Abstract:
In order to meet the needs of intelligent manufacturing talents and promote the development of new engineering, the following measures are implemented to address the problems encountered in the construction of the intelligent manufacturing engineering major: based on the concept of new engineering and engineering education certification, scientifically formulate professional training goals that meet the needs of the country, industry, and the school’s educational positioning; implement the OBE concept, construct a curriculum system that meets graduation requirements for ability development, and design a project-based teaching method for courses based on "reverse design, positive implementation"; based on the integration of industry and education and the CDIO concept, build a training/internship base with engineering ability cultivation as the main focus, and explore the implementation of a talent cultivation model driven by the integration of "learning factory+production factory". Realize a close integration of teaching system and enterprise practice, with engineering project practice running through the entire process of talent cultivation.
