Abstract:
Objective: To analyze the correlation between the student source characteristics of medical master¡¯s students and their three-year academic performance. Methods: The data of postgraduate students from 2009 to 2018 were derived from the postgraduate management system of a medical university, and SPSS software was used to conduct single factor and multiple factor analysis on the three-year academic performance and source information of medical postgraduate students. Results: Gender, age, political outlook and enrollment methods were all related to academic performance in the three years after enrollment. Conclusion: The relevant results show that the students who are female, 19~24 years old, academic, Communist Party members and those who have been exempted have better academic performance after enrollment.
