摘要:
目的：分析医学硕士研究生生源特征与三年学业成绩的相关性。方法：从某医学院校研究生管理系统导出2009—2018届研究生数据，采用SPSS软件，对医学硕士研究生三年学业成绩和生源信息进行单因素和多因素分析。结果：性别、年龄、政治面貌、入学方式等均与入学后三年学业成绩有一定的相关性。结论：相关结果表明性别为女生、年龄段为19~24岁、学术型、中共党员和推免的学生在入学后的学业成绩较好。
Abstract:
Objective: To analyze the correlation between the student source characteristics of medical master’s students and their three-year academic performance. Methods: The data of postgraduate students from 2009 to 2018 were derived from the postgraduate management system of a medical university, and SPSS software was used to conduct single factor and multiple factor analysis on the three-year academic performance and source information of medical postgraduate students. Results: Gender, age, political outlook and enrollment methods were all related to academic performance in the three years after enrollment. Conclusion: The relevant results show that the students who are female, 19~24 years old, academic, Communist Party members and those who have been exempted have better academic performance after enrollment.
