摘要:
目的:探讨广西某地区八家机关单位体检人员脂肪肝跟高血压、血脂异常及高尿酸血症的相关性。方法:随机抽取目标地区2017年到广西医科大学体检中心开展代谢健康体检的826名机关单位体检人员作为研究对象,测量血压、采集空腹静脉血液,检测血脂、血尿酸、胆固醇等生化指标,以及肝脏B超,分析讨论体检结果。结果:根据脂肪肝检出结果,脂肪肝组高血压、血脂异常、高尿酸血症的检出率(18.28%、21.31%、18.28%)均高于非脂肪肝组(17.80%、16.71%、12.59%),两组对比具有统计学意义(P<0.05);经Logistic回归分析,血脂异常、高血压、高尿酸血症与脂肪肝之间存在正相关;合并患病种类越多,脂肪肝发生比例越高。结论:该地区人群脂肪肝与高血压、血脂异常、高尿酸血症疾病密切相关,合并患病比例越高,发生脂肪肝的几率也越高。因此,有必要对该地区开展健康宣教工作,预防和控制这些相关疾病,以降低脂肪肝发生概率。
Abstract:
Objective: To investigate the correlation between fatty liver disease and hypertension, dyslipidemia, and hyperuricemia in physical examination personnel from eight government units in a certain region of Guangxi. Methods: Randomly selected 826 health personnel from government units in the target area who went to the Physical Examination Center of Guangxi Medical University for metabolic health examination in 2017 as research subjects, measured blood pressure, collected fasting venous blood, detected biochemical indicators such as blood lipids, blood uric acid, cholesterol, and liver B-ultrasound, and analyzed and discussed the physical examination results. Results: According to the detection results of fatty liver, the detection rates of hypertension, dyslipidemia, and hyperuricemia in the fatty liver group (18.28%, 21.31%, and 18.28%) were higher than those in the non fatty liver group (17.80%, 16.71%, and 12.59%), with a statistically significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05); Logistic regression analysis showed that there was a positive correlation between dyslipidemia, hypertension, hyperuricemia, and fatty liver; the more types of comorbidities, the higher the incidence of fatty liver disease. Conclusion: Fatty liver is closely related to hypertension, dyslipidemia, and hyperuricemia in the population of this region. The higher the proportion of concurrent diseases, the higher the probability of developing fatty liver. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out health education in this region to prevent and control these related diseases in order to reduce the incidence of fatty liver disease.
