Abstract:
Although smart phones have powerful functions, excessive use may have negative a effect on the cognitive function of the body. Research shows that excessive use of mobile phones can change the memory, attention and executive function of the body, which may be related to the long exposure time of radio frequency magnetic field of mobile phones, delay before sleep, sleep decline and changes in brain structure and morphology. Future research should distinguish the specific use types of smart phones and the impact of each use type on cognitive function of different age groups, so as to provide appropriate and healthy smart phone use patterns.
