摘要:
目的：总结25例保留自主呼吸喉罩麻醉下胸腔镜手术的麻醉护理配合经验。方法：对25例肺大泡、早期肺癌，纵膈肿瘤患者施行保留自主呼吸喉罩麻醉下胸腔镜手术。术前做好充分的术前访视，做好麻醉药物、急救物品、护理以及仪器设备和环境的相关准备；术中做好严格指针把控以及应对措施。结果：手术顺利完成，25例均痊愈出院。结论：术前充分准备，掌握专业知识和手术操作技能，细致的麻醉护理配合是协助术者顺利完成手术的重要因素。
Abstract:
Objective: To summarize the experience of anesthesia nursing cooperation in 25 patients undergoing thoracoscopic surgery under laryngeal mask anesthesia with preserved autonomous respiration. Methods: 25 patients with bullae, early stage lung cancer, and mediastinal tumors underwent thoracoscopic surgery under laryngeal mask anesthesia with preserved autonomous respiration. Adequate preoperative visits should be made before surgery, and preparations should be made for anesthetic drugs, first aid supplies, nursing, and instruments, equipment, and the environment; strict pointer control and response measures shall be taken during the operation. Results: The operation was successfully completed, and 25 cases were cured and discharged. Conclusion: Adequate preoperative preparation, mastery of professional knowledge and surgical skills, and meticulous anesthesia nursing cooperation are important factors to assist the surgeon in successfully completing the operation.
