摘要:
目的:建立注射用去水卫矛醇的包装材料可能迁移入药品中的添加剂含量测定方法。方法:采用HP-5色谱柱(30 m*0.32 mm*0.25 μm),流速1 mL/min,进样口温度250℃,检测器温度280℃,以程序升温方式,以不分流模式进样。结果:D6、2,6-二(叔-丁基)-4-羟基-4-甲基-2,5-环己二烯-1-酮、乙酰柠檬酸丁三酯、增塑剂DEHP、抗氧剂BHT、正二十四烷和增塑剂DBP分别在1.06~5.30 μg/mL、0.99~4.96 μg/mL、1.01~5.03 μg/mL、1.08~5.39 μg/mL、1.04~5.22 μg/mL、1.01~5.06 μg/mL、0.98~4.88 μg/mL的范围内线性关系良好,相关系数均大于0.999。加标样品中的D6、BHT-OH、ATBC、DEHP、BHT、C24和DBP的平均回收率分别为102.7%~105.0%、105.4%~112.0%、100.2%~112.4%、98.5%~115.9%、102.2%~104.1%、102.4%~117.3%、89.1%~109.2%。结论:该方法灵敏快速,操作简便,重复性好,可用于检测注射用去水卫矛醇的包装材料中潜在浸出物的检测。
Abstract:
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of the content of additives that may migrate into the drug in the packaging material of euonymol dehydrated for injection. Methods: HP-5 chromatographic column (30 m * 0.32 mm * 0.25 μm) was used, the flow rate was 1 mL/min, the injection port temperature was 250 ℃, the detector temperature was 280 ℃, and the sample was injected in a temperature programmed mode and a non-split mode. Results: D6,2, 6-Two (tertiary-butyl) -4-hydroxyl-4-methyl-2, 5-Cyclohexadiene-1-ketone, acetyl butyrate citrate, plasticizer DEHP, antioxidant BHT, n-Xtraoxane and plasticizer DBP are well linearly in the range of 1.06 to 5.30 μg/mL, 0.99 to 4.96 μg/mL, 1.01 to 5.03 μg/mL, 1.08 to 5.39 μg/mL, 1.04 to 5.22 μg/mL, 1.01 to 5.06 μg/mL, 0.98 to 4.88 μg/mL, respectively, The correlation coefficient was all greater than 0. 999. The average recovery rates of D6, BHT-OH, ATBC, DEHP, BHT, C24, and DBP were 102.7% to 105.0%, 105.4% to 112.0%, 100.2% to 112.4%, 98.5% to 115.9%, 102.2% to 104.1%, 102.4% to 117.3%, and 89.1% to 109.2%, respectively. Conclusion: The method is sensitive, rapid, simple and reproducible, and can be used to detect the potential extract in the packaging material of euonymol dehydrated for injection.
