摘要:
妊娠期糖脂代谢异常容易导致孕妇不良妊娠结局及不良新生儿结局。鸢尾素作为一种新型的肌细胞因子、脂肪因子和神经因子,具有促进脂肪组织燃烧、增加能量消耗、调节肌细胞对葡萄糖的摄取和吸收利用、抑制肝脏糖异生、减轻胰岛素抵抗、降低血糖、减轻体重等调节糖脂代谢的作用,是一种有效的机体糖脂代谢调节因子。文章针对血清鸢尾素水平对妊娠期糖脂代谢的影响进行综述,为改善妊娠结局、减少不良新生儿结局提供参考依据。
Abstract:
Abnormal glucose and lipid metabolism during pregnancy is likely to lead to adverse pregnancy outcomes and adverse neonatal outcomes. Iridin, as a new type of muscle cytokine, adipokine and nerve factor, has the effects of promoting adipose tissue combustion, increasing energy consumption, regulating the uptake and absorption of glucose by muscle cells, inhibiting liver gluconeogenesis, reducing insulin resistance (IR), reducing blood glucose, reducing weight and other regulating glucose and lipid metabolism. It is an effective regulatory factor of glucose and lipid metabolism. This article reviews the effect of serum iridin level on glucose and lipid metabolism during pregnancy, so as to provide reference basis for improving pregnancy outcome and reducing adverse neonatal outcome.
