摘要:
目的：探讨思维导图对肱骨髁上骨折术后患儿主要照顾者健康教育的影响，为健康教育的临床应用提供科学依据。方法：以福建省某三甲医院的62名肱骨髁上骨折患儿主要照顾者为研究对象，通过计算机随机分为试验组（n=31）、对照组（n=31）。试验组采用思维导图健康教育，对照组采用传统健康教育。通过比较两组患儿功能锻炼依从性、患儿肘关节屈伸活动度、患儿肘关节功能恢复程度、患儿功能锻炼时疼痛程度及主要照顾者护理满意度评价健康教育效果。结果：试验组患儿功能锻炼依从性高于对照组（P＜0.05），肘关节屈伸活动度高于对照组[组间效应（P＜0.05），时间效应（P＜0.05），交互效应（P＞0.05）]、肘关节功能恢复程度高于对照组[组间效应（P＜0.05），时间效应（P＜0.05），交互效应（P＜0.05）]、功能锻炼时疼痛程度低于对照组[组间效应（P＞0.05），时间效应（P＜0.05），交互效应（P＞0.05）]，主要照顾者护理满意度高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：思维导图健康教育有助于SFH患儿术后功能康复。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore the effect of mind mapping on health education of primary caregivers of children with supracondylar fracture of humerus after operation, so as to provide scientific basis for clinical application of health education. Methods: 62 primary caregivers of children with supracondylar fracture of humerus in a class A tertiary hospital in Fujian province were the research subjects and were randomly divided into experimental group (n=31) and control group (n=31) by computer. The experimental group used mind mapping health education, and the control group used traditional health education. The effect of health education was evaluated by comparing the compliance of the two groups of children with functional exercise, elbow flexion and extension activity, elbow function recovery, pain during functional exercise, and nursing satisfaction of the primary caregivers. Results: The compliance of functional exercise in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05), the flexion and extension activity of elbow joint was higher than that in the control group [inter group effect (P<0.05), time effect (P<0.05), interaction effect (P>0.05)], and the recovery degree of elbow joint function was higher than that in the control group [inter group effect (P<0.05), time effect (P<0.05), interaction effect (P<0.05)], the degree of pain during functional exercise was lower than that in the control group [inter group effect (P>0.05), time effect (P<0.05), interaction effect (P>0.05)], and the nursing satisfaction of main caregivers was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Mind mapping health education is helpful for functional rehabilitation of children with SFH after operation.
