摘要:
研究生是国家科研工作的主力军，文章从目前高校研究生科研工作中存在的问题出发，分析研究生科研实验中存在的问题，如科研素养、创新意识整体水平较差，实际实验操作技能较差，导师的参与度较低，同时提出了几点解决问题的建议措施，如加强科研能力，强化科研道德，多形式加强实验技能的培养，强化导师第一责任人的作用，以期为培养具有专业科研素养的高层次科研人才提供借鉴。
Abstract:
Graduate students are the main force of our national scientific research work. This paper starts from the problems existing in the current scientific research work of graduate students in colleges and universities, analyzes the problems existing in the scientific research experiments of graduate students, such as the overall level of scientific research literacy and innovation consciousness is poor, the actual experimental operation skills are poor, and the participation of instructors is low. Meanwhile, it puts forward several suggestions and measures to solve the problems, such as strengthening scientific research ability and strengthening scientific research ethics, strengthening the cultivation of experimental skills in various forms and strengthening the role of the first responsible person of the tutor. This paper provides reference for training high-level scientific research talents with professional scientific research literacy.
