目的：通过对毕业研究生进行跟踪调查，分析影响研究生培养质量的相关因素，推动地方医学院校研究生教育内涵式发展。方法：采用问卷法、文献法，对西部地方医学院校毕业十年内的研究生进行线上调研，并结合用人单位随机走访获取满意度评价数据进行分析研究。结果：研究生培养中存在科研思维训练不足、学术交流不够、信息资源不全、研究生对自身职业生涯规划的认识存在偏差等问题。结论：毕业生质量跟踪是深化新时代教育改革评价的一个重要路径，它能建立健全毕业生发展质量动态评价机制，加强导师队伍建设，深化研究生人才培养模式改革、优化课程体系、强化科教和产教融合，提高研究生培养质量。
Abstract:
Objective: To analyze the relevant factors affecting the quality of graduate training, and promote the connotative development of graduate education in local medical colleges through the follow-up investigation of graduate students. Methods: Using questionnaire method and literature method, Online survey was conducted on the graduates of local medical colleges in western China who had graduated for ten years, and the satisfaction evaluation data were obtained through random interview with employers. Results: There were some problems in the training of graduate students, such as insufficient training of scientific research thinking, insufficient academic communication, incomplete information resources, and deviation in the understanding of their own career planning. Conclusion: Graduates quality tracking is an important way to deepen the evaluation of education reform in the new era. It can establish and improve the dynamic evaluation mechanism for the development quality of graduates, strengthen the construction of a contingent of tutors, deepen the reform of the graduate talent training model, optimize the curriculum system, strengthen the integration of science and education with production and education, and improve the quality of graduate training.
