摘要:
目的:评价横经席不同部位提取物的抗细菌性炎症及改善脂肪肝的作用。方法:以受精后3天的斑马鱼用于横经席样品抗细菌性炎症功效最大检测浓度测定及其功效评价;以受精后5天的斑马鱼用于改善脂肪肝功效评价。结果:横经席根茎和横经席枝叶抗细菌性炎症功效最大检测浓度均为125 ?·mL-1,横经席种子抗细菌性炎症功效最大检测浓度为2000 ?·mL-1;横经席根茎和横经席枝叶31.2 ?·mL-1、62.5 ?·mL-1和125 ?·mL-1及横经席种子500 ?·mL-1、1000 ?·mL-1和2000 ?·mL-1浓度组炎症部位中性粒细胞数量较模型对照组减少,具有统计学差异。横经席根茎125 ?·mL-1浓度组、横经席枝叶62.5 ?·mL-1和125 ?·mL-1浓度组及横经席种子1000 ?·mL-1和2000 ?·mL-1浓度组肝脏染色强度较模型对照组显著降低,具有统计学差异。结论:横经席根茎、横经席枝叶和横经席种子均具有抗细菌性炎症、改善脂肪肝功效。
Abstract:
Objective: To evaluate the antibacterial inflammation and the improvement of fatty liver with the extracts from different parts of Calophylli herba. Methods: Zebrafishes of 3 days after fertilization were used to determine the maximum test concentration of antibacterial inflammation and the evaluation of efficacy zebrafishes of 5 days after fertilization were used to evaluate the efficacy of improving fatty liver. Results: The maximum detectable concentration of antibacterial inflammatory efficacy of rhizomes, branches and leaves of Calophylli herba is 125 ?·mL-1, while the maximum detectable concentration of antibacterial inflammatory efficacy of Calophylli herba seeds is 2000 ?·mL-1. Compared with the model control group, the number of neutrophils in inflammatory sites is decreased in the Calophylli herba rhizomes, branches and leaves of 31.2 ?·mL-1, 62.5 ?·mL-1 and 125 ?·mL-1, and in the Calophylli herba seeds of 500 ?·mL-1, 1000 ?·mL-1 and 2000 ?·mL-1 groups, which is statistically different. The liver staining intensities in the rhizomes of Calophylli herba with 125 ?·mL-1 concentration group, the branches and leaves of Calophylli herba with 62.5 ?·mL-1 and 125 ?·mL-1 concentration group, and the seeds of Calophylli herba with 1000 ?·mL-1 and 2000 ?·mL-1 concentration group are significantly lower than those of the model control group, which is statistically different. Conclusion: The rhizomes, branches and leaves of Calophylli herba and the seeds of Calophylli herba have the effect of antibacterial inflammation and the improving fatty liver.
