摘要:
基于“双评价”的研究与实践，结合当前广西编制区级国土空间规划最新的编制需求，以“环江毛南族自治县”的双评价为例，进行资源环境禀赋条件的基础现状分析和县级国土空间开发利用探索。依据评价结果为国土空间规划识别问题与风险、县域主体功能区深化细化、三生空间的划定及国土规划分区等提供依据，研究“双评价”在国土空间规划中的支撑运用方式。
Abstract:
Based on the research and practice of "double evaluation", and in combination with the latest compilation demand of Guangxi for the preparation of district level land space planning, this paper takes the double evaluation of "Huanjiang Maonan Autonomous County" as an example to analyze the basic status quo of resource and environmental endowment conditions and explore the development and utilization of county level land space. According to the results of this evaluation, it will provide a basis for the identification of problems and risks in land space planning, the deepening and refinement of county main functional areas, the delimitation of three living spaces and and the division of land planning, and study the support and application of "double evaluation" in land space planning.
