摘要:
中国电力企业积极服务国际产能合作，急需大力弘扬工匠精神、推动克难制胜、升级转型的技能人才，这对于电力技术人才培养摇篮的高职院校来说既是机遇又是挑战。弘扬工匠精神，是能源电力从业者的责任和使命，以工匠精神的内涵和体现为出发点，探究电力类高职学生工匠精神的培养形式与意义，加强学生对于中国电力企业的文化认同，主动服务“走出去”企业，对于推动国际合作的高质量发展具有重要作用。
Abstract:
Chinas electric power enterprises actively serve international production capacity cooperation, and are in urgent need of a large number of skilled talents who carry forward the spirit of craftsmanship, push forward the difficult victory, upgrade and transformation. This is both an opportunity and a challenge for higher vocational colleges that are the cradle of electric power technology talent training. It is the responsibility and mission of energy and power practitioners to promote the craftsmanship spirit. Starting from the connotation and embodiment of the craftsmanship spirit, it is important to explore the training form and significance of the craftsmanship spirit of power vocational students, strengthen students cultural identity with Chinese power enterprises, and actively serve "going global" enterprises, which plays an important role in promoting high-quality development of international cooperation.
