目的：分析冠心病老年患者介入期间接受心理护理对其心理应激和睡眠质量产生的影响。方法：2021年1月至2021年12月广西中医药大学第一附属医院收入冠心病老年患者合计70例，均行介入治疗，结合抽签法将其中的35例归纳到对照组（依据常规流程开展护理），剩余的35例归纳到观察组（除对照组措施之外予以心理护理），比较两组护理效果差异。结果：护理前，两组在焦虑、抑郁、睡眠质量和生活质量得分上均无差异（P＞0.05）；护理结束之后，观察组在焦虑、抑郁和睡眠质量得分上比对照组低，在生活质量得分上比对照组高（P＜0.05）。护理前，两组在血压、心率和呼吸上均无差异（P＞0.05）；护理结束之后，观察组在血压、心率和呼吸上比对照组更趋于平稳（P＜0.05）。观察组满意度超出对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：冠心病老年患者接受介入治疗期间开展心理护理能减轻其生理及心理应激反应，提升其睡眠质量、生活质量及满意度，值得采用。
Abstract:
Objective: To analyze the influence of psychological nursing on psychological stress and sleep quality of elderly patients with coronary heart disease during intervention. Methods: From January 2021 to December 2021, the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine received a total of 70 elderly patients with coronary heart disease, all of whom received interventional therapy. 35 of them were grouped into the control group by drawing lots (nursing was carried out according to the routine process), and the remaining 35 cases were grouped into the observation group (psychological nursing was given in addition to the control group). The difference between the two groups was compared. Results: Before nursing, there was no difference in the scores of anxiety, depression, sleep quality and quality of life between the two groups (P>0.05) after nursing, the scores of anxiety, depression and sleep quality in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the scores of life quality in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Before nursing, there was no difference in blood pressure, heart rate and respiration between the two groups (P>0.05) after nursing, the blood pressure, heart rate and respiration of the observation group were more stable than those of the control group (P<0.05). The satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Psychological nursing for elderly patients with coronary heart disease during interventional therapy can reduce their physiological and psychological stress reaction, improve their sleep quality, life quality and satisfaction, which is worth adopting.
