摘要:
目的：系统评价中医护理联合集束化护理干预对重症急性胰腺炎（SAP）患者的影响。方法：检索8个中英文数据库，收集关于中医护理联合集束化护理干预SAP公开发表的临床随机对照试验。检索时间：建库至2022年4月。用RevMan 5.4软件进行数据分析。结果：共纳入8篇文献共530例患者，其中：试验组265例，对照组265例。结果显示：应用中医护理联合集束化护理干预SAP患者后，总有效率[RR=1.29，95%CI(1.18, 1.41)，P＜0.01]、护理满意度[RR=1.19，95%CI(1.12, 1.26)，P＜0.01]、住院时间[WMD =-3.42，95%CI(-4.55, -2.29)，P＜0.01]、住院费用[WMD =-1.33，95%CI(-1.80, -0.86)，P＜0.01]及血脂肪酶[WMD =-3.02，95%CI(-3.25, -2.79)，P＜0.01]、血淀粉酶复常时间[WMD =-2.94，95%CI(-3.31, -2.57)，P＜0.01]、尿胰蛋白酶[WMD =-3.62，95%CI(-3.96, -3.28)，P＜0.01]、白细胞 [WMD =-3.96，95%CI(-4.17, -3.74)，P＜0.01]恢复至正常的时间均优于常规护理，差异有统计学意义。结论：中医护理联合集束化护理的效果优于常规护理，能更好地促进SAP患者康复。
Abstract:
Objective: To systematically evaluate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing combined with cluster nursing intervention on patients with severe acute pancreatitis (SAP). Methods: 8 Chinese and English databases were searched to collect the published randomized controlled the clinical randomized controlled trials published publicly on the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and intensive nursing intervention SAP. Retrieval time: from the establishment of the database to April 2022. Use RevMan5.4 software for data analysis. Results: 8 articles were included. A total of 530 patients were included, including 265 patients in the experimental group and 265 patients in the control group. The results showed that: after the application of traditional Chinese medicine nursing combined with cluster nursing intervention in SAP patients, the total effective rate [RR=1.29，95%CI(1.18, 1.41), P＜0.01], nursing satisfaction [RR=1.19，95%CI(1.12, 1.26), P＜0.01], duration of hospital stay [WMD =-3.42，95%CI(-4.55, -2.29), P＜0.01], hospitalization expenses [WMD =-1.33，95%CI(-1.80, -0.86), P＜0.01], and lipid lipase [WMD =-3.02，95%CI(-3.25, -2.79), P＜0.01], recovery time of blood amylase [WMD =-2.94，95%CI(-3.31, -2.57), P＜0.01], urinary trypsin [WMD =-3.62，95%CI(-3.96, -3.28), P＜0.01] and leukocyte [WMD =-3.96，95%CI(-4.17, -3.74), P＜0.01] the time of recovery to normal was better than that of routine nursing, and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: The effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing combined with cluster nursing was better than that of routine nursing, which can better promote the rehabilitation of SAP patients.
