摘要:
东西巷是桂林建设世界级旅游城市文旅融合的典范。旅游目的地形象影响游客的出游意愿与旅游体验。以东西巷为研究对象,运用后羿采集器获取网络文本,使用Nvivo12和内容分析法,对文本数据进行词频分析、关联分析、情感分析、旅游地意象分析,是研究旅游形象感知的一种高效方法。研究结果表明:游客对桂林东西巷整体感知情况较好;影响游客感知的因素主要为:东西巷在仿建过程中丢失了其独特的历史文化、商业气息过于浓厚、商品性价比不高、运营规划不够完善;此外,将游客对东西巷的形象感知划分为4维度7类别是合理的;基于此,对优化东西巷旅游形象、提升旅游体验提出建议。
Abstract:
Dongxi lane is a model for Guilin to build a world-class tourism city and integrate culture and tourism. The image of tourism destination affects the willingness to travel and tourism experience of tourists. Taking Dongxi lane as the research object, using Houyi collector to obtain network text, using Nvivo12 and content analysis method to analyze word frequency, relevance, emotion and tourism destination image of text data, is an efficient method to study tourism image perception. Research results show that the overall perception of tourists to Dongxi lane is relatively good the main factors affecting the perception of tourists are: Dongxi lane lost its unique history and culture in the process of imitation construction, the commercial atmosphere is too strong, the commodity cost performance is not high, and the operation planning is not perfec in addition, it is reasonable to divide the image perception of Dongxi lane of tourists into 4 dimensions and 7 categories based on this, suggestions are made to optimize the tourism image of Dongxi lane and enhance the tourism experience.
