摘要:
近年来，汽车制造行业快速发展使得汽配行业的市场不断扩大，然而汽配企业在发展过程中存在着过于关注客户的需求而忽略成本等问题。文章通过对汽配行业供应链当前存在的问题进行分析，运用精益生产理念改善其行业存在的问题，在满足客户需求前提下降低企业成本，使企业得到稳定长久的发展，并总结了精益生产理念可以在汽配行业中运用，为汽配行业未来可持续发展提供经验。
Abstract:
In recent years, the rapid development of automobile manufacturing industry has led to the continuous expansion of the market of the auto parts industry. However, there are some problems in the development process of auto parts enterprises, such as paying too much attention to the needs of customers and ignoring costs. By analyzing the current problems in the supply chain of the auto parts industry, this paper uses the concept of lean production to improve the problems in the industry, reduce the cost of the enterprise on the premise of meeting the needs of customers, and make the enterprise achieve stable and long-term development. Finally, it summarizes that the concept of lean production can be applied in the auto parts industry to provide experience for the future sustainable development of the auto parts industry.
