摘要:
目的：基于数据挖掘理论分析临床针刺辅助肺癌治疗的选穴规律，以期找到针刺辅助肺癌治疗的选穴规律，并为临床针刺辅助肺癌治疗提供新的具有科学性的处方。方法：在中国知网（CNKI）、维普数据库（VIP）、万方医学网三大中文数据库中检索2009年1月至2021年1月间发表的针刺辅助肺癌治疗的相关文章，收集文章中的针刺处方，采用EXCEL2013进行统一，并运用中医传承辅助平台软件（TCMISS V2.5）中的数据挖掘功能进行数据分析。结果：共计检索到相关文献156篇，获得针灸处方158条，共计涉及137个穴位，主要归经为膀胱经、胃经、脾经、肺经、大肠经；其中使用频率≥50次的穴位共计42个，其中频率最高的穴位为足三里、三阴交、太冲；其中使用频次≥30次的穴位组合共24个，其中使用频率最高的穴位组合为足三里-三阴交、足三里-梁丘、内关-足三里；共计获取强关联组合穴位98条，基于熵聚类算法分析获取核心穴位组合16个及新穴位处方8个。结论：针刺辅助肺癌治疗的穴位经脉主要以膀胱经、胃经、脾经、督脉、肺经为主要经脉，其中足三里、三阴交、太冲、内关、合谷、中脘等穴位为核心组方穴位，以扶正祛邪、调气活血、补益脾胃为治疗肺癌的针刺基本治则。
Abstract:
Objective: To analyze the law of acupoint selection in clinical acupuncture assisted lung cancer treatment based on data mining theory, in order to find the law of acupoint selection in acupuncture assisted lung cancer treatment, and provide a new scientific prescription for clinical acupuncture assisted lung cancer treatment. Methods: The relevant articles on acupuncture assisted lung cancer treatment published between January 2009 and January 2021 were retrieved from the three Chinese databases of CNKI, VIP and Wanfang medical network, and the acupuncture prescriptions in the articles were collected, unified by Excel 2013, and data analysis was conducted by using the data mining function in the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance support system (TCMISS v2.5). Results: A total of 156 relevant literatures were retrieved, and 158 acupuncture prescriptions were obtained, involving a total of 137 acupoints. The main meridians are bladder meridians, stomach meridians, spleen meridians, lung meridians and large intestine meridians among them, 42 acupoints were used more than 50 times, and the acupoints with the highest frequency were Zusanli, Sanyinjiao and Taichong among them, there are 24 acupoint combinations used more than 30 times, among which the acupoint combinations used most frequently are Zusanli-Sanyinjiao, Zusanli-Liangqiu, Neiguan-Zusanli a total of 98 strong correlation combination acupoints were obtained, and 16 core acupoint combinations and 8 new acupoint prescriptions were obtained based on entropy clustering algorithm. Conclusion: The acupoints and meridians of acupuncture assisted treatment of lung cancer are mainly bladder meridians, stomach meridians, spleen meridians, Du meridians, lung meridians, of which Zusanli, Sanyinjiao, Taichong, Neiguan, Hegu, Zhongwan and other acupoints are the core group of acupoints, and the basic treatment principles of acupuncture for the treatment of lung cancer are strengthening the vital energy and expelling pathogenic factors, regulating qi and activating blood circulation, and tonifying the spleen and stomach.
