摘要:
完善公共卫生服务体系是2009年推行的新医改的五项重点改革之一，而乡村医生作为该体系中的重要组成部分,最直接守护我国农村居民的健康。自新医改实施以来，广西乡村医生队伍较前有所壮大、专业水平不断提升，但人员流失，队伍质量不高，医学生培养与使用相脱节等问题没有得到根本解决。文章通过文献搜集探讨新医改后广西乡村医生培养发展的新模式，针对乡村医生来源、培养以及职业发展等方面依然存在的问题提出政策建议，以培养符合新时代要求的乡村医生。
Abstract:
Improving the public health service system is one of the five key reforms of the new medical reform implemented in 2009, and rural doctors, as an important part of the system, are the most direct guardians of the health of rural residents in China. Since the implementation of the new medical reform, the team of rural doctors in Guangxi has grown stronger than before, and their professional level has been continuously improved. However, the problems of personnel loss, low quality of the team, and the disconnection between the training and use of medical students have not been fundamentally solved. The article discusses the new mode of training and development of rural doctors in Guangxi after the new medical reform, and puts forward policy suggestions for the problems still existing in the source, training and career development of rural doctors, so as to cultivate rural doctors who meet the requirements of the new era.
